Every one of you is paying for parts and flight test, and we do not take that lightly. If anything about your order is off, tell us and we will make it right.
When does my order ship?
Orders are open now and the first shipments leave our shop October 25, sticker sets first, then hats. After that, sticker sets ship within two business days. Hats are made to order and ship in about ten. You get a tracking email the moment the label prints.
Where do you ship?
US addresses for now, USPS with tracking. Shipping is included in every price. If you are outside the US and want in, write to us and we will see what we can do.
What is the Flight Box and am I in it?
The first fifty paid orders get a Flight Box later this year, on us: a notebook, stickers from our machine shop, something to wear, a coin, and numbered limited edition prints, plus the early drawings and flight articles as Banaero-2 heads to first flight. Your number is on your order page and in your receipt. Paid orders count, in the order they arrive. Signing up for emails alone does not hold a spot.
What is in the sticker set?
All seven: Nana in his flight suit, the Banaero-2, the Nana Works head in holographic, the wordmark, Fly the profile, the globe and palm from his suit, and the long banner. Die-cut weatherproof vinyl, fine on a laptop, a hard case, a toolbox, or a truck.
How does the hat fit?
A premium trucker hat, one size with a snapback, structured front panel, mesh back. Nana and the wordmark are screen printed on the front. Black or navy.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, any time before it ships. Use the form below with your order number and we will take care of it. After it ships, see returns.
Returns and problems
If something arrives damaged or wrong, send a photo through the form and we will replace it. If a hat does not work for you, send it back unworn within thirty days and we will refund it. Stickers are final sale once the pouch is opened.
Where does the money go?
Into the aircraft. Airframes off the printer, batteries, servos, cameras, and the range time to fly. The store page says what it bought each month.
